Under the supervision of the General Director and the Executive Director Human Capital and IT, the Executive Assistant's role is to ensure that administrative activities are carried out efficiently and on time, so as to facilitate and improve the organisation, planning and monitoring of the Cheese Factory's various files.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Store/Restaurant Employee ensures exceptional customer service: welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting them as needed, all while respecting health, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Quality Assurance
Under the supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Services, the Technical Services Technician will collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams to develop new and existing products while managing the daily execution of all laboratory activities related to research and development.
