FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Find answers to common questions about the distribution process, order minimums, delivery logistics, and product shelf life.
Orders can be placed by phone, email, fax, or through a deeper integration (contact us). Once your order is processed, it will be sent either by our delivery drivers or by our carriers.
The minimum order amount is $75.
Depending on your location and order volume, we either deliver directly or through one of our partner distributors.
Each product has a different shelf life. Fresh products can be unrefrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours and must then be kept in the refrigerator at a maximum of 4° C. For other cheeses, please check their specific product pages or use our search bar.
Product codes are internal identifiers. For example, 45002 is the code for 200 g fresh curds. Check the product pages for specific codes.
