FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am to 6pm every day, closed on December 25 and 26, as well as January 1st and 2nd. The restaurant is open from 11am to 3pm on weekdays, and from 11am to 6pm on weekends.

Do you offer tours of the cheese factory?

We currently offer self-guided tours from our 2nd floor viewing gallery with educational videos and signs. Guided tours will be launched later this year.

Is there an entrance fee for the visitor gallery?

No, visiting the gallery is free of charge.

What products are available in your boutique?

Our boutique stocks our entire collection of cheeses and hundreds of local products, including grass-fed ham, local eggs, chocolate, soups, and snacks.

Can I buy products online?

We do not offer online shopping at this time, but our products can be ordered from some grocery stores through their online platforms if available.

Do you offer guided tours?

We are currently setting up guided tours, including a tour by a cheese-maker and a tasting. Prices are to be determined.

What type of food is served at the restaurant?

We offer poutines, burgers, pizzas, and a wide range of Coaticook ice creams.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we offer free parking on site, with availability for large vehicles. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any doubts.

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our restaurant, store, and viewing gallery are wheelchair accessible. We also have dedicated accessible toilets and an elevator.
