Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roast the Pears:
- Arrange the pear slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender and caramelized.
3. Caramelize the Onions:
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced red onions and cook until soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Cook the Burger Patties:
- Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of St-Albert 4-Year Aged Cheddar on each patty to melt.
5. Toast the Buns:
- Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
6. Assemble the Burgers:
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each bun (optional).
- Place the cooked Angus patty with melted cheddar on the bun.

- Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
