Overview

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Store/Restaurant Employee ensures exceptional customer service: welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting them as needed, all while respecting health, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and maintaining a positive working environment.

YOUR RESONSIBILITIES

Customer Service: Provide a warm welcome, answer questions, and offer courteous service.

Product Management: Assist in marketing our products, managing inventory, restocking shelves, rotating stock, and inventory counts according to procedures.

Checkout: Pay attention to every transaction at the cash register.

Communication: Inform the manager or supervisor of any unusual situation or concern.

Cleanliness: Keep the store and restrooms clean and inviting.

Compliance: Follow and enforce health, safety, hygiene, and food handling rules. Respect your work schedule; any changes must be approved by the store manager.

Professionalism: Act with professionalism at all times.

Teamwork: Respect your co-workers at all times.

Other Duties: Perform any other tasks requested by the Store Manager or supervisors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or customer service.

• Flexible availability.

• Bilingual: English and French, spoken and written.

STATUS & SCHEDULE

Part-time, permanent position. Days, evenings, and weekends availability. Schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
